Lifetime Warranty
Our lifetime craftsmanship warranty covers your purchase against all craftsmanship defects. We can work with 3rd party shops to conduct warranty work, or we can send a technician to you. Although these situations are rare, they do happen. When a customer notified us of a crack in their water tank, within a week we had a technician at his house in Pennsylvania replacing the tank and repairing any associated damage. The bottom line is we realize the commitment you make in purchasing from us and we want to make sure you're happy with that decision.
